What we can help with
- Account access: login problems, password resets, profile issues, verification questions, and device-session concerns.
- Subscriptions and billing: plan selection, renewals, failed payments, invoice questions, cancellation guidance, and payment verification.
- Playback issues: buffering, title playback failures, subtitle problems, audio sync issues, browser issues, and app compatibility troubleshooting.
- TV and device support: TV sign-in or pairing, active device limits, account access on smart TVs, phones, tablets, or browsers.
- Downloads and offline viewing: whether your current plan is eligible, whether a title supports downloads, download preparation issues, and offline access troubleshooting.

Before contacting support
To help us resolve issues faster, please include as much of the following as you can:
- the email address registered on your FlixMV account;
- the affected device type, browser, app version, and operating system;
- the exact title or page URL involved;
- a short description of what happened and what you expected to happen instead;
- the date and time the issue occurred;
- a screenshot, error message, or short screen recording where available; and
- for billing issues, the plan name, transaction date, payment provider, and receipt or reference number if you have it.
Support process
Support requests are reviewed in the order they are received, with access, billing, and account-security issues typically prioritized. To protect your account, FlixMV may ask you to verify your identity before discussing billing records, subscription status, or account changes.
Depending on the issue, we may ask you to sign out and back in, clear browser cache, update your browser or app, test another network, or share additional troubleshooting details.
Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds
If your issue is about a subscription, invoice, failed renewal, cancellation, or a mistaken charge, contact support from the email address attached to the account whenever possible. This helps us confirm ownership faster.
Subscription cancellations should be completed from account settings when that option is available. If you cannot access that area or a payment issue prevents you from managing your plan, support can review the case and guide you through the next steps.
Refund reviews are handled case by case under FlixMV’s purchase records, the circumstances of the transaction, and any policy or legal requirements that apply to the purchase.
Downloads and offline viewing
Download support depends on your active plan, the title, and the device you are using. Some titles may stream normally but not support offline viewing. If a download button is not shown or a download fails, include the title link and your device details when contacting support.
Security, abuse, and urgent account concerns
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, or you notice suspicious billing or unusual device activity, contact us immediately at hello@flixmv.com or via WhatsApp at +960 950-3503. Include “Urgent Account Security” in the subject line.
